I noticed that from day to day while working on the transition from negative to positive self talk, I have been experiencing headaches. It will get really bad the more the negative thoughts come in. I just feel like it takes so much out of me to even get going or do a lot of the program lately. I just feel like if the headaches could go away, I would feel much better. Anyone else experiencing these?
