Starting Week 3

This is my third time with the program. I have never finished it completely. Last time around I got to the end but then quit as I thought I was recovered. So I am going through it again. My anxiety seems to come and go and usually I am living in the future, always planning my next step. I am feeling better and want to move to week 3. Anyone else just starting week 3?

I am a coach for the so feel free to e-mail anytime for support. Lession three is the most important tape so digest the material at your own pace. It's not the speed that's important but the direction in whcih we are headed. God bless
