Thank you for the update. I would move into lesson two and really work on the floating/accepting and breathing partnered with compassionate and comforting selftalk.
Have you been doing the relaxation exercises?
I found it very hard to practice the 6 steps from lesson two when my body was so activated but it always helped a lot when I did. I had to learn to sit with the adrenaline, re-label it and be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Again, very hard to do but a priceless space of learning to not fearing the fear.
